Repairs or replacement

If you believe something is not working appropriately and it requires to be fixed or replaced please open a ticket, when opening the ticket please select the category and provide an accurate description of the issue, additionally you can add pictures or a video in order for us to have a more accurate perception of the issue which will help us solve it as soon as possible.

At Cozy Place we are invested in providing the best experience to all of our tenants so rest assure that if something needs to be repaired or replaced it will be done promptly.
