Damaged Property

When a new tenant moves in we always fill up a condition report this describes under what conditions is the property being leased to them, this form describes all items inside the property their cleanliness and working condition, we refer to this form when analyzing any damaged done to the property.

If the property has been damaged by you or any other tenant in the property you are required to report it to us by generating a ticket selecting the correct category and providing a clear description of what happened and attaching images of the damage, we will then determinate who has been the individual that made the damage and proceed to charge the person for the repairs or replacement  of the damaged areas or items in the property

Remember that you are required to report any damage done to the property by you or by others in order to avoid additional fees
