All Cozy Place contracts go for a maximum of six months. If your contract is close to an end, we will send you an email one month before the end of your tenancy with a new contract extending your lease for six additional months. You are required to sign the new contract in the immediate 3 following days and send it back to us in order to renew your lease.

In case you do not want to renew your lease, we will also attach a "Resident leaving form" (R13 form)  in your contract renewal email, you need to sign and send it back to us in the following 3 days in order to terminate your tenancy.
